One of the advantages of working with On The Go Solutions, Inc. is that all products we sell are clearly labeled regarding warranty support. Whereas many units are supported by the manufacturer's warranty, for those that are not, we do provide extended warranties for sale.
For items with a manufacturer's warranty, any issues that arise can be answered by either the product manufacturer or the carrier. Although we strive to aide our customers in any manner possible, we are only the sales team, and cannot officially diagnose or "fix" any issues you may be having. We will furnish you with all the information (contact information, email information, websites) you need to contact the designated technical support team. In limited cases, for a $75.00 fee, we will step-in and attempt to resolve any issues you may be having getting your questions answered.
All items on our site carry either 1-year manufacturer's warranty, or otherwise have extended warranties available for sale. In either case, because these phones are imported, it may be necessary to send your phone back to the manufacturer overseas. This process may between 30-45 days. On The Go Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for issues arising from the warranty process. We are aware of the potential difficulties involved, and may be able to intercede on a customer's behalf if possible.
3 Day Exchange For Defective Products On The Go Solutions, Inc will exchange any unit within three days for manufacturer's defects.
This applies to the following or similar defects:
- Unit will not power on or take a charge
- Buttons do not work
- OS doesn't work
- Screen does not display
- Speaker does not work
This policy DOES NOT include any of the following defects or issues:
- USER DAMAGE -- such as the unit was dropped, chipped, lost, broken, etc.
- Poor cellular reception in your area
- User cannot configure email/data settings
- User does not like the phone
14 Day Customer Dissatisfaction Return Policy On The Go Solutions, Inc will accept as a return any device or accessory within 14 days if the customer is dissatisfied, with a 20% restocking fee. Item must be returned in New Condition, with all packaging, accessories, boxes, etc. intact. Additional fees may be necessary if not returned properly (see below).
This applies to the following or similar issues:
- Customer doesn't like the phone
- Cellular service/reception is poor
- Device doesn't meet customer's needs
- Just feels like it
- Too much trouble configuring the phone
Returning Products All Returns require an authorization number. Please note that RA # does not guarantee final disposition. For an RA number (Return Authorization) on returns call Customer Service at (847) 933-1762. All returns are subject to inspection. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Any damage, signs of use, scratches, writing on the package, torn manuals, etc. will be cause for additional fees.
Return Shipping Made Easy We are happy to provide a Fedex shipping label, and free pickup. This fee will be deducted from your final credit.
