Then, send the device in to us using a trackable method (make sure you sync/backup/remove any information on your device, as the upgrade process formats your unit). We will do the upgrade the same day we receive the unit and ship it back out to you that same day.

If shipped properly, the whole process could take only 36 hours or so. If you send at end of business on a Monday, we can receive the unit on Tuesday, perform the upgrade and ship it back for Wednesday morning delivery!
